Important Membership Notice
Once a membership plan is purchased, the membership amount is non-refundable.
In exceptional situations, refund requests may be reviewed manually by the PixelCuro team. Users must contact support through the official email address for refund-related concerns.
1. Membership Access
PixelCuro memberships provide digital access to premium platform benefits including member pricing, premium collections, exclusive assets, and additional platform features.
Membership benefits are activated digitally on the user's account after successful payment confirmation.
2. Membership Benefits & Changes
PixelCuro reserves the right to modify, update, add, remove, or improve membership benefits, features, pricing structures, or platform offerings at any time.
Any major membership-related changes will be communicated to users through their registered email address prior to implementation whenever reasonably possible.
Membership Expiration
Expired memberships will no longer receive premium membership benefits including member discounts, premium asset access, or exclusive platform features.
Users may renew or upgrade their membership plans through the PixelCuro platform at any time, subject to availability and updated pricing.
3. Premium Asset Usage Rules
All premium assets, designs, stock images, wallpapers, illustrations, textures, and downloadable creative resources available on PixelCuro remain the private intellectual property of PixelCuro.
Purchased or downloaded assets may only be used for end-product usage including personal, business, branding, social media, printing, and commercial creative applications.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling original assets directly.
- Redistributing downloaded files.
- Sharing premium assets publicly or through third-party marketplaces.
- Claiming ownership of PixelCuro assets.
4. Purchased Asset Access
All successfully purchased assets will remain accessible within the user's PixelCuro account for lifetime access unless otherwise stated for specific promotional or limited-license products.
Users are encouraged to securely download and store purchased files for backup purposes.
5. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
Sharing membership accounts or providing unauthorized access to premium assets may lead to suspension or termination of membership access.
6. Refund & Support Contact
