These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the PixelCuro platform, digital assets, memberships, downloads, payments, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PixelCuro, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, platform policies, payment rules, membership conditions, and asset usage guidelines.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
2. Platform Services
PixelCuro is a digital asset marketplace that provides wallpapers, stock images, vinyl print designs, UV print assets, creative resources, memberships, and related digital services.
All products available on the platform are digital products only.
Digital Delivery Notice
PixelCuro does not provide physical product shipping or printed product delivery.
- All assets are delivered digitally.
- Memberships are digitally activated.
- Purchased assets are accessible through the user's account dashboard.
3. Preview Images & Final Downloads
Images displayed on the PixelCuro platform are preview versions intended for browsing, visual presentation, and asset protection.
Actual downloadable files provided after successful purchase are generally delivered in higher quality, optimized resolution, or original formats depending on the product type.
4. Payments & Transactions
Payments must only be made through officially integrated payment gateways available on the PixelCuro platform.
Supported providers may include Razorpay, Paytm, UPI-enabled gateways, cards, and other officially supported payment methods.
PixelCuro is not responsible for payments made through unofficial third-party websites, unauthorized links, or fraudulent payment requests.
Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment fails, remains pending, reversed, disputed, cancelled, or is not successfully received by PixelCuro, purchased assets or membership benefits will not be delivered or activated.
Delivery and access are only provided after successful payment confirmation.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of products and memberships, purchases made on PixelCuro are generally non-refundable.
If a user purchases the wrong asset, incorrect membership, or unintended product, the amount will generally not be refunded.
Exceptional refund requests may be manually reviewed at the sole discretion of the PixelCuro team.
6. Membership Terms
Membership plans provide access to premium features, exclusive collections, discounts, and other digital platform benefits.
PixelCuro reserves the right to modify, improve, add, or remove membership benefits at any time.
Important updates may be communicated to users through their registered email address.
Expired memberships will no longer receive membership-related benefits.
Intellectual Property & Asset Usage
All assets available on PixelCuro including wallpapers, stock images, graphics, illustrations, textures, vinyl print designs, and premium resources remain the intellectual property of PixelCuro.
Purchased assets may be used for personal, commercial, branding, social media, print, and end-product usage.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Direct reselling of original assets
- Redistribution of downloaded files
- Uploading assets to other marketplaces
- Unauthorized sharing of premium assets
- Claiming ownership of PixelCuro assets
7. Lifetime Purchased Asset Access
Successfully purchased assets generally remain accessible within the user's account for lifetime access unless otherwise stated for limited-license or promotional products.
8. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, passwords, and login information.
Sharing accounts, memberships, or premium downloads in unauthorized ways may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Technical Disclaimer
PixelCuro continuously works to maintain a secure, optimized, and stable platform. However, technical problems, software bugs, payment gateway issues, hosting failures, third-party interruptions, or unexpected system behavior may occasionally occur.
PixelCuro will make reasonable efforts to assist users and resolve issues whenever possible. However, the platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely bug-free operation at all times.
PixelCuro shall not be held legally responsible for losses, delays, technical interruptions, or damages caused by platform bugs, system failures, third-party service interruptions, or unexpected technical issues.
9. Changes to Terms
PixelCuro reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect operational changes, platform improvements, legal requirements, or service updates.
Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
